2in pony bases to work with are; Twilight Sparkle, Apple Jack, Rarity, pinkie pie and Rainbow dash. To avoid modification charges please try to pick a pony base that is close to the pony you want.  If you need help picking a pony base, let me know what pony you want done and I'll see whats the best base to work with

Gift set pony bases to work with Twilight Sparkle, Apple Jack and pinkie pie. Because there is no Pegasus in the gift set will be using a rooted hair Fluttershy/Rainbow Dash however as I'll have to cut the doll hair out and sculpt the mane and tail they are only offered at the $50 level. Unless you wish to keep the original hair colour and style or have it lightly styled (i/e placing it into a bun like Nurse Readheart) then it will be at the $45 level.

What I consider light sculpting/modification:  removing; horns and the tips of Apple Jacks hair (the bushy part after the hair tie.) Adding; horns, slight sculpting onto hair (i/e adding on to Rainbow Dash's hair to make her into Fluttershy) and simple accessory's (i/e Berry Punch's wine bottle and goblet, crowns.)

What I consider heavy sculpting/modification: Cutting away at mane and tails and then sculpting, Removing wings, detailed accessory's, adding wings and anything else that involves cutting into the pony base.
